The telCenter is offering the following workshops for Autumn 2009. To register for one or more events, send an email to helpdesk@cotc.edu and indicate the workshop name, date, time, and your full name in your message. You will receive a confirmation email from the Help Desk at least one day prior to the event. Register early as spots are limited!
Teaching and Learning Workshops: Copyright Awareness
Description: This is a unique opportunity designed for university faculty and staff who deal with Library Closed Reserves, Online Courses, Digital Media, and Electronic Course Reserves. The Copyright Awareness workshop, offered by the OSU Library copyright experts, will help you: understand Author's Rights, make informed decisions when deciding which materials to place on Electronic Reserve, understand current copyright issues in an electronic environment, deal with fair use issues, and better prepare you for your lectures and creative projects.
